Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday (Apply online only). Additional hours maybe required when business needs arise in this dynamic environment.

Summary of duties:

  • Operational co-ordination & functional leadership of AOG's and line maintenance in close liaison with the engineering shift leader
  • In liaison with the engineering shift leader assign engineering labour
  • Delivering on aircraft Release to Service dates
  • AOG estimation, planning & co-ordination
  • Effective management of multiple fast paced projects as assigned
  • To ensure all appropriate legislative and company procedures are adhered to
  • Customer point of contact throughout AOG & assigned projects
  • Tracking and reporting of progress for assigned projects
  • Co-ordinate with external suppliers to deliver services
  • Communication with all stakeholders internal & external to ensure timelines are understood and issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Informing Management of arising defects & issues to ensure effective customer communication and capturing of costs
  • Provide cover for other members of the planning team when required In order to be successful in the role you will need to demonstrate the following skills:
  • Essential - Previous experience in an MRO and/ or engineering Operational/ Project Management
  • Essential - Computer literacy and proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Essential - Knowledge of UK CAA & EASA regulations relating to Part-CAMO and Part-145 Airworthiness and Maintenance requirements
  • Essential - Excellent Organisational and Problem solving skills
  • Essential - Ability to work to deadlines
  • Essential - Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure
  • Essential - Excellent Communication Skills
  • Essential - Self-motivated, flexible with an ability to adapt to change quickly
  • Essential - Effective and positive interaction within a small team environment is essential
  • Desirable - Corporate aviation experience
