This role is based in
Melksham, we have a variety of hours available on a full time and part time basis,
FULL client specific training will be provided to all support workers.

Hours Available:

We have a range of part time and full time hours available, with the opportunity of both full day shifts and split shifts.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Arranging & support to attend appointments
  • General upkeep of the property
  • Administering Medication
  • Accessing the community
.Assisting with the clients programme of rehabilitation

.Personal care is required

Requirements for the position:

  • Acquired Spinal Injury experience is preferred
The chosen individuals will be enthusiastic, reliable and self - motivated. Six months health and social care experience is preferable, however, transferrable skills and personal experience will be considered.
