As our new Administrator you will receive:

Monday
  • Friday working hours in our new beautiful oxford street office, with flexible start and finish times.


As our new Administrator, you will be crucial in supporting the senior leadership team at Market Halls as we grow in the next year.


General duties will include such duties as managing our office space, booking meetings, assisting with the preparation of presentations on PowerPoint, pulling together images and information for use, notetaking in meetings and organising our shared documents on teams and SharePoint.


You will also be supporting the head of operations and people in the administration of our people systems such as fourth, Kobas and Harri as well as supporting sites in getting incentive and recognition gifts for the teams and organising the booking of night outs.

You will be working closely with the general managers in the administration of our maintenance.

This will include such activities as logging invoices, chasing quotes from suppliers, booking in contractors, collating reports on maintenance spend.


In addition, you will be working closely with the head of property on new projects as we grow into new communities/citys as well as assisting with any trader moves or changes within our sites.

Finally, you will be supporting the head of marketing and finance on any ad hoc duties that are required.
