£10,00 per Hour, Plus shift allowance and Annual Bonus

Hours:

Monday to Thursday 6am to 4pm and Friday 6am to 2pm reverting to a 3-week rotation shift after training.


Jobsworth Recruitment have an immediate opportunity available for a Factory Worker to join our client who specialises in the Heat Treatment industry based at their site in Dudley.


Our client is a leading supplier of Graded/Refurbished products, you will be a part of their team who work to correct castings with both hand and power tools.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Ensure quality of manufactured goods.
  • Examine materials from suppliers before sending them to production line.
  • Perform inspections.
  • Use Hand Power tools.

Benefits

  • Full training given during the initial 13 week day shift
  • Pay increase once taken on after the 13 weeks.
  • Further pay increases achievable
  • Graded on ability (which you can constantly improve on)
  • Attendance bonus of £300 paid twice yearly
  • Excellent holiday allowance


 Regular breaks
  • Break room with all equipment plus dart board and pool table
  • Company has a VERY low turnover of staff
