Purpose of the Job:

We are seeking customer-focused individuals to join us as Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technicians. This role focuses on ensuring safety regulations, conducting timely preventative maintenance, and maintaining high equipment availability through continuous improvement.

Shift Pattern:

This role involves non-traditional shifts, including nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Role model for health & safety best practices
  • Demonstrate expertise in Material Handling Equipment
  • Coach and mentor technicians
  • Support equipment availability and troubleshooting
  • Drive continuous improvement
  • Build strong relationships across all levels
  • Contractor management

Candidates can work in Coventry, LEC, or GBR locations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Electrical and mechanical skills in automation environments
  • Knowledge of PLC based control systems
  • Experience with CMMS for maintenance planning
  • Understanding of Statutory Compliance
  • Proficiency in English and local language

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Supervisory skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Experience in multi-contractor management and multi-site settings
