We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at Newhall Mains.

Newhall Mains provide luxury self-catered accommodation located near the village of Balblair.


You will be providing a professional, warm and engaging service whilst ensuring the overall management of the bar, to a small number of in-house guests.

Previous experience working in a bar environment would be preferred but if you currently work in another customer facing role and have been spending lockdown perfecting your mixology skills this position could be for you

Our guests love to know about local Whisky and the Highlands in general, so if you love a blether, you'd be perfect


Newhall Mains is within easy reach of Inverness, Dingwall or Alness but it would be advantageous for this position if you can drive or live locally.


Key responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

Preparing and serving drinks to customers in a timely and friendly manner

Maintaining a clean and organized bar area

Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed

Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately

Interacting with customers to ensure their satisfaction and providing recommendations when needed.

Following all safety and health guidelines related to food and beverage service.
