Reporting to: Head of Acquisition

Employment Type: Full-time permanent, 35 hours, Monday to Friday

Location: Burntwood, Hybrid role with occasional travel within the UK

Salary: Up to £32k depending on experience

About the Job

As the SEO Executive, you'll be working closely with the Head of Acquisition to enhance search performance and optimize conversions throughout the acquisition journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement SEO strategies in alignment with company goals
  • Lead conversion rate optimization efforts to drive ROI
  • Collaborate with various teams to enhance website performance and user experience
  • Stay updated on industry trends and propose actionable strategies
  • Ensure all acquisition activities maintain brand consistency
  • Optimize the relationship between SEO and paid media channels
  • Monitor keyword performance and provide detailed reports
  • Manage review platforms to meet set KPIs
  • Optimize individual centres for lead generation
  • Oversee agency partnerships and maximize organic search performance
  • Act as the SEO expert within the company
  • Make necessary website content updates
  • Handle ad hoc projects assigned by the Head of Acquisition

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools and systems
  • Demonstrated experience in successful SEO and CRO implementations
  • High attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Results-driven mindset
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and agencies
  • Passion for SEO and supporting the acquisition team
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Relevant degree or certification
