As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the operational delivery of passive fire protection and fire door services.

You will manage all operatives and organise the resourcing of all MFEL projects. You will be responsible for ensuring operatives produce workmanship that complies with regulatory and manufacturer standards. They will also support you with completion checks as a secondary review on compliance with regulatory and manufacturer standards.
The Quantity Surveyor will manage all monthly valuations, invoices, and commercial reporting.

You will be required to support the Quantity Surveyor with pricing tenders and variations to ensure adequate allowances are made for labour, plant, materials, preliminaries and time (programme).

Ensuring the Company's QEMS procedures are followed as they relate to and offering suggestions as to their development and improvement.
