At East Street Pub Company we are looking for reliable Door Supervisors for our venues across the bay.

with a new site opening this summer on Torquay Harbour


Shifts range from weekend work to the occasional weekday shift if required however we are looking for primarily weekend work.


Shifts start at 8:30pm on Fridays and Saturdays and our last site in Paignton closes at 2am, shift finishing at 2:30am.

We have TEN's for both sites (3am) which are spread over the year so applicants must be prepared to work later when required however we give plenty of notice


Time off can be booked 4 weeks in advance and rotas are put up with 2 weeks at a time.

You will work a part of the East Street Security team who work across all of our sites.

Experience not required (must be S.I.A licenced) as full training will be provided at all of our sites

The role is very hands-on and extremely varied, so your quick thinking and experience will be of paramount importance.

East Street Security is a part of East Street Pub Company is a family run business, so you'll enjoy being part of a close-knit team who share a vested interest within the business and a very particular vision for the sites.
