We are recruiting for a Food and Beverage Scheduling Assistant to support the park team with their daily operational staffing requirements.

What does this role entail?

A day in the life of a Food and Beverage Assistant would include

  • You will schedule the Resort Food & Beverage units in a timely manner, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to where necessary.
  • Your responsibilities may include operating the department absence line, logging absences and engaging with management regarding these.
  • You will liaise with managers regarding shift swaps, holiday requests and availability changes while encouraging employees to use our scheduling app for these.
  • You will ensure all general administrative tasks for employees are answered and logged accordingly.
  • You will be able to communicate with managers regarding schedules and other queries regarding employees ensuring these are dealt with effectively and efficiently.
  • You will work to booking trends and flex workforces accordingly.

  • Previous Food and Beverage or Administration experience is desired.
