Exciting news - our 3rd branch is on the horizon, with 2 current locations in Soho & Bayswater and we're on the lookout for exceptional staff to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
  • Upsell menu items and specials to increase sales
  • Provide excellent guest service throughout the dining experience
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
  • Deliver food and beverages to tables in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues
  • Process payments and provide accurate change to guests

Experience:

  • Previous experience as a server or in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient service
  • Familiarity with culinary terms and menu items to assist guests with their selections
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members
We offer competitive pay rates £ £15 p/h, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth within our organization.

£12.00-£15.00 per hour
