What You'll Do:

Join our team in Peterlee, UK, the source of Cat Articulated Trucks, and experience operations within the production of Articulated Dump Trucks. Gain insights into working as part of a successful team, embedding lean manufacturing principles, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with various departments to understand our business fully.

Through our training scheme, you will work on diverse projects, interact with global teams, and be supported by workplace mentors. Our highest performing placement students have the opportunity for fast-track placement to our graduate development scheme.
