An opportunity has arisen for an experienced RMN, RNLD, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker, Creative therapist registered with HCPC to join the ID Team.

The team provides specialist ID, mental health assessments, along with other co morbidities, taking part in developing formulations, and providing interventions for young people

You will work with a well-established team including Psychiatry, Psychology, Nurses, Occupational Therapy & admin colleagues.

The team work in close partnership with other agencies including acute Paediatrics, Social Care, Education and other CAMHS inpatient and outpatient services.

You will work across a variety of bases in Nottinghamshire.

You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to problem solve and be an able negotiator. You must have the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team, be reliable and motivated. You will need to demonstrate risk management skills, communication skills with exceptional personal qualities to deliver effective care. You will be required to assess the needs of individuals, develop, and continually review treatment plans.


The team is looking for a compassionate individual who is hard working and can be flexible in their approach to helping young people and their families.


A full UK driving licence and vehicle for business use is required for this post; however reasonable adjustments will be made for disabled individuals in line with the Equality Act 2010.

The post requires close liaison with a broad range of other disciplines and agencies.


The post holder will work autonomously within professional guidelines and the overall framework of the team's policies and procedures and will be expected to prioritise their caseload accordingly.


The post holder will receive managerial supervision from the team lead and modality-specific clinical supervision, also having regular team meetings & taking part in case formulations.

The team work within community settings across Nottinghamshire County and Nottingham City.


This role requires an individual with relevant clinical experience and expertise to work within the CAMHS ID team offering specialist clinical support and advice to families, carers and wider services & agencies.

They will be expected to disseminate knowledge and share up to date clinical information with the team
