Job Summary


This role will suit an experienced HR Advisor with strong ER experience who wants to step up into a role where you are trusted to engage with the European Leadership Team and have autonomy and flexibility to get the job done.

You will have the opportunity to be part of exciting global projects, collaborating with a talented and welcoming global team.

In addition, the HR Advisor will have the support of an experienced HR Director based out of London. This is a terrific opportunity to join an innovative global People team and we want you to bring your expertise

We currently operate in the UK, Germany, Switzerland and Belgium with US headquarters. This role may need to go into our London office two or so days per week.

  • What You'll Do_
  • Employee Relations provide regular, hightouch ER advice to our leaders and managers.
  • Daily HR transactions our culture is one where everyone gets their hands dirty, working with our HR Administrator you will ensure day to day HR Operations are seamless for our colleagues and legally compliant.
  • Data Analysis work through HR reports to identify trends, issues and potential solutions.
  • HR Projects manage and work through specific HR projects as needed, including HR support around acquisitions, due diligence, integrations, etc.
  • Apprenticeship Program look for ways to enhance and develop our program for apprenticeships.
  • Payroll work with Finance each month to double check and cross reference all payroll transactions.
  • Training & Development work with the US L&D Lead to identify training needs and a variety of training solutions.
  • Benefit and Immigration administration work with our US benefits CoEs to ensure we are providing value and expert advice to our colleagues.

  • What You Should Have_
  • Previous experience as an HR Advisor or similar.
  • Part or fully CIPD qualified, with solid understanding of UK Employment law.
  • Proven ability to manage ER cases with tact, compassion and autonomy highly desirable.
  • Strong relationship building skills with managers and colleagues.
  • Highly effective communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to be highly organised and prioritise essential.
  • Consistently demonstrate the highest degree of moral and ethical behavior.
  • Ability to be proactive, taking ownership for producing positive results as well as detailed oriented, consistently reviewing all work before submission.
  • High level of tolerance for ambiguity and must be able to work with mínimal infrastructure.
  • Experience working in a company with multiple European districts; experience working with a US headquarter a plus, but not essential.
