Client Delivery Specialist

They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic,
Client Delivery Specialist to join their award-winning Customer Service Team, managing some of our largest Corporate clients and Advertising Agencies.
You will be joining a team within an industry-leading business that encourages team work,and supports each individual's growth and progression.
Key responsibilities
You'll be involved in the day-to-day running of client accounts and campaigns, including:
- Run and manage high value accounts, including large corporate campaigns.
- Deliver extremely high service, going the extra mile and deep diving into accounts.?
- Proactively reviewing client's performance, ensuring maximum adoption of the account and campaign success and delivery.
- Ability to analyse data, providing constructive feedback and insights to clients
- Support programmatic feed accounts to elevate these to increase spend.
- Working to tight SLA's and deadlines.
- Building strong credible relationships with their clients by supporting them to optimise and maximise their return on investment (ROI) from our offering
- Anticipate escalation preempt objections and problem solve with a positive and proactive attitude, avoiding escalation where possible
- Leading online training sessions for clients
- Provide sales administrative support to the Account Manager whilst onboarding new clients
- Work as a cohesive unit with the Account Managers to develop the client relationship and improve retention
- Suggest and implement efficiencies and improvements to improve client and team performance
Requirements:
Essential Requirements
- Previous campaign delivery experience in a professional, fast paced environment
- Excellent communicator and highly motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Able to multitask effectively with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to analyse data and present findings and insights to key stakeholders within the industry
- Driven, selfmotivated and enthusiastic, with a 'cando' attitude
- Recognising opportunities for upselling to further enhance the client experience and delivery.
- Demonstrable success in thinking strategically, while providing consistent and highlevel customer satisfaction and retention.
Desirable Requirements
- Previous experience at an Advertising Agency
- Knowledge of Google trends, Tableau and CRM systems.
- Programmatic experience
