Company sick pay
Following the probation period employees are entitled to

1st month Full pay

3rd month onward SSP

Usually something that is reserved to senior staff management in most companies but is open to all here at crow wood.

The longer you stay with the company the more holiday allocation you get.

2 years' service 2 extra days

5 years' service another 3 extra days

So after 5 years of service you are entitled to
33 days holiday a year moving forward
