Order Processor

Castell Howell Foods is Wales' leading independent food service wholesaler, servicing the length and breadth of Wales, the Border Counties and the South West of England.

We currently have vacancies for Order Processors based at our Porthmadog depot.

Due to growing business in the North Wales area we are looking for additional Order Processors to join our busy Telesales team.

Full training will be provided but some previous customer service experience would be advantageous.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls
• Call allocated customers for orders
• Ensure attention to detail when taking orders
• Inform customers of product shortfalls and price increases/decreases
• Promote special offers and new products through upselling
• Communicate with Drivers and Managers regarding any issues with customer accounts
• Take messages off answer machines
• Carry out general administrative duties as required
• Undertake other reasonable requests from management team
• Ensure compliance to Company polices
