We are recruiting for a Litigation Team Leader to join an established Law firm in Orpington.

What are the day-to-day duties of the role?
- Managing a caseload of small and fast track RTA cases. Managing matters from prelitigation stage. Daytoday duties include liaising with clients to obtain instructions, obtaining documentation and evidence, drafting and issuing court proceedings, draftingwitness statements, instructing Counsel to attend hearings.
- Assisting members of the team.
- Supervising and carrying out file reviews.

Requirements Skills and Qualifications
- Experience working in personal injury law.
- Experience managing a caseload of road traffic accident cases.
- Good technical competence within litigation matters.
