Press set up and presets.
Folder settings and adjustments.
Restart press and achieve good copy from hot.
Set and maintain web tensions.
Maintain ink / water balance.
Monitor quality and adjust register controls.
Carry out all aspects of R&C.
Qualifications
A complete understanding of Press operational systems – (essential)
Analytical approach to problem solving – (essential)
Work on own initiative or part of a team – (essential)
Flexibility to carry out both technical and full press production roles
