Full Job Description
The role of a Renewals Administrator? You should have a minimum of 1 years of experience handling tenancy renewals. To excel in this role, you will be a bright & motivated individual with high professional standards.

Organisational skills are key, as well ashaving the ability to multitask & prioritise effectively while working in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience drafting Tenancy Agreements
  • Excellent attention to detail as well as organisation, prioritisation, time management and planning skills
  • Understanding of how to manage manual and IT based records efficiently and with appropriate confidentiality
  • Energetic and proactive with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications. Experience of using Alto would be a bonus
  • Ability to resolve problems and disseminate information clearly.
  • Overseeing tenancy renewals by liaising with tenants and landlords in a timely manner.
  • Negotiating rents by liaising with our Lettings Manager to keep up to date with the rental price changes in the local market
  • Negotiating terms of the lease with tenants and landlord
  • Drafting renewal paperwork
  • Coordinate change of tenancies and send the required paperwork such as Deed of Assignment, Deed of Surrenders, Tenancy amendments, etc.
  • Keeping up to date with current legislation relating to the Lettings industry
  • Amending Deposits
  • Maintaining records of Renewal status
  • Serving notices to quit or to increase rent on behalf of the owners. i.e. Section 8 & Section 21 notices
