RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist Specialists in project planning and execution managed by our PMO function.
  • Support in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Maintain project documentation, plans, and status reports.
  • Track project risks and issues.
  • Conduct data analysis and reporting.
  • Offer ad-hoc support to the PMO and Stakeholder Engagement teams.
  • Generate reports for project updates.
  • Participate in project meetings, document minutes, and action items.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Recent graduate in a Business-related field or Project Management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Experience with Project Management tools is advantageous.
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting abilities.
  • Previous placement year experience is preferred.
