Construction Documentation Specialist

What We Need:

  • We're seeking an experienced, organised professional who is ready to join an industry leader in a booming market as our new Construction Documentation Specialist.


We are in need of a competent individual, with a preferable knowledge in construction, but are willing to train an eager and motivated individual.

Construction Experience is desirable.

Knowledge or background experience with 360/DSLR camera's and data capture technologies (Laser Scanning) is also desirable but all training is given.


What You Can Do:

  • Proficiently use, and be willing to be trained on, various reality capture technologies (including digital photography, webcam, video cameras, 3D camera, and unmanned aerial vehicles/UAVs) to visually capture construction progress.
  • Organise and understand how to read construction floor plans
  • Navigate a construction site safely while taking steady, highquality photos
  • Consistently adhere to standard operating policies and procedures
  • Perform regular quality assurance checks as part of daily workflow
  • Produce daily reports and relay information to the Operations Manager
  • Proactively communicate with construction project personnel and listen for opportunities to provide additional documentation services to the client
  • Maintain a professional appearance on site at all times as a representative of Multivista
  • Assist with the management of project schedules
  • Confidently use various computer formats to set up projects, manage projects, and enter data (e.g., tablets, desktops, laptops, smartphones, etc.)
  • Have a full clean driving licence and drone licence are desirable

Who You Are:

  • You currently reside in the Central Belt of Scotland
  • You have at construction experience and/or photography/videography/laser scanning experience
  • Applicants must have construction related experience or competent photography/videographer background
  • You can read and discern construction drawings and documents
  • You can autonomously manage a schedule, are detailed oriented, and have exceptional organisational and timemanagement skills
  • You are a selfmotivated and dependable team player
  • You have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation
  • You can confidently operate a computer, tablet, and smart phone to setup and manage projects, have a working knowledge of Microsoft office, and the ability to learn new software platforms quickly
  • You understand that construction site visits will make up the largest part of your day. Facing outside weather elements or conditions expected on a construction site, like dust and noise, are common and should be anticipated
  • Complying with all jobsite safety regulations, including wearing (provided) personal protective equipment, is required
