Job Title:
Team Leader - Positive Behaviour Support Service

Company Overview:

Johnston way, part of The Cedar Foundation, located in Lisburn, is a Positive Behaviour Support Service (PBS) which consists of 2 houses, each for four people.

The service offers a person-centred approach for service users who have Learning Disabilities and associated needs.

Hours: 24 hours, Night duty, 8pm-8am

Pay Rate:
£14.18 per hour

Essential Criteria:

  • GCSE Maths and English
  • Level 3 Health and Social Care
  • 2 years residential care experience
  • Knowledge of learning disabilities
  • Experience with challenging behaviours
  • Good communication and IT skills
