Based in Ellacombe, Torquay, Phoenix Childcare provide quality, affordable and integrated childcare, education and family support while working in partnership with the families of children in their care to ensure that they meet each child's needs.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include;

  • To be reliable, honest and have to passion to making a difference
  • To have great communication skills
  • Developing professional relationships with parents/carers
  • Deliver and collect school children who are attending before and after school club

Qualities required;

  • You must also be driven and dedicated to helping children, with a passion for working in early years care
  • Have a genuine passion and care for our children and parents helping to provide them with the best start in life
  • You will also need to possess excellent language skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Be inspirational (whilst not minding getting a little bit muddy and glittery along the way)
  • This role suits someone who doesn't mind embracing their inner child

Hours;Phoenix Childcare offer a day nursery provision running from 07:30-18:00 on an all year round basis.

  • Level 3 Childcare Qualification
  • You must be able to gain a clear DBS
  • Have GCSE grades A*C or 49 in Maths and English Language, or equivalent
