Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
  • Upsell additional food and beverage items to increase sales
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a food & beverage server in a similar role is preferred
  • Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation is a plus
  • Excellent guest service skills with the ability to provide a positive dining experience
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with coworkers
  • Experience working in a busy wine & cocktail driven restaurant is a plus
