This isn't just an ordinary warehouse

There is no need to have any previous experience as you will receive full training, but you will need to have a good level of fitness, be able to work in multiple temperatures, from chilled to ambient (minimum 2oC), have a good eye for detail and be able to work independently but also be a good team player.

Getting to work


Situated just off the M1 at Unit 1, Panattoni Park, Luton Road, Luton, LU4 9TT, We have an onsite car park.

Public transport is available for most nights shifts but only some day shifts due to the early starts.


Don't have a car? We are setting up a Car Share scheme where we can look to match your shifts with someone who lives in your area so that you can travel together.

You can also choose a brand new bike and accessories (up to £3k) while saving on tax and NI, with our cycle to work scheme (repayable over a 12 month period), so not only can you save on car costs but increase your fitness levels too

Work areas & shifts

Despatch:

Despatch: You'll be loading individual totes (weighing up to 18kg) into frames which are then loaded into our delivery vans for our customers.

You'll also be required to sort and organise totes coming back to site.

Days Shift - 07:00 to 17:00 |
Nights Shift - 21:00 to 07:00

Things to consider:

  • We have both ambient and chill (0 to 5°C) sections in our warehouse and you will be expected to work in both.
  • Our roles require you to be on your feet and mobile at all times as well as carrying out repetitive tasks and potentially lifting up to 25kg weights.
  • You will be required to handle both meat and alcohol products.
  • We will provide you with great training and the correct Personal Protective Equipment.
