The role of Fuel Logistics Operator in Tamworth will involve:

  • Working in a busy transport office environment.
  • Receiving and making high volumes of calls.
  • Establishing good working relationships (internal & external).
  • Ensuring customer service is maximised.
  • Managing all driver operational / delivery queries.
  • Rerouting, scheduling, and arranging deliveries.
  • Ordering of all fuel for loading through required systems.
  • Providing support to Transport Managers.
  • Monitoring haulier performance closely.
  • Crisis management and investigation.

The Successful Applicant:

  • Experience in a transport office environment.
  • Transport/driver coordination knowledge.
