We are looking for an experienced person to join our team in the accounts department who can deal with general accounts/office admin.
Preferred experience in Sage 50 accounts and excel microsoft word/basic computer skills. Good telephone manner and experience in computing is very important. Someone who is a fast learner and understand new systems quickly and efficiently.Responsibilities will include:
- Sales ledger control
- Purchase ledger control
- Dealing with customer enquiries regarding accounts and credit control
- Collect and enter data from various spread sheets
- Dealing with suppliers
- Answering the phone
- Sage 50 accounts
- Experience with outlook
- Experience with excel
- Bookkeeping
- Excellent attention to detail
- Organisation skills
