What you need – Role requirements
To carry out assessment and treatment planning of a variety of patient types/conditions in a community setting. Carrying out rehab and treatment plans. setting goals and handing over to support staff as appropriate. Assess and prescribe equipment as appropriate.
FULL JD is a generic PT & OT JD but this role requires an OT please.
12 weeks, working 2-3 days between Mon-Fri 9-5 each week.
