Salary - £40,000 per annum DOE

Hours - Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Our client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their team based in Ferndown.

You will be supporting the Operations Director and the Executive team, delivering reports and sharing your expertise to simplify processes in place.

Duties:

• Ability to articulate business requirements including a high degree of collaboration
• Delivering reports across the spectrum of the business using Excel, Asana, Senta, SQL and Microsoft PowerBI
• Responsible for delivering the reporting process
• Ensure data is clean, updated and available to teams across the business
• Deal with external partners in a professional manner
• You will help execute the next phase of the company's success
• Investigating new ways to simplify processes to documenting the data flow into a dashboard
• Quarterly reporting and data management processes by moving and managing data
• Presenting documentation on business processes to the executive team
• Improving the process of reporting and guiding teams through these processes
• Ability to facilitate and manage workshops and meetings virtual and inperson

Skills:

• Previous experience as an Analyst is essential
• Excellent knowledge of technology
• Great interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Agile delivery knowledge to execute projects and analyses
• Experience of working with internal and external thirdparty development teams
• Previous experience working in the Financial Services, Accountancy or regulatory industries is preferred but not essential
• Experience in writing user stories, modelling processes and documenting requirements
