Trade Wind Recruitment offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, experienced, and top-notch Art Teacher available for work starting in September. We have partnered with a fantastic school in Lincolnshire in need of a dedicated, full-time Art Teacher to support KS-KS5 students with their GCSE coursework.

This position is ideal for a Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) or a seasoned educator seeking a supportive and teamwork-driven environment.

Throughout your assignment, your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, organizing, and delivering engaging Art lessons to students in KS-KS5.
  • Providing mentorship and assistance to students to help them realize their full capabilities.
  • Supporting in covering lessons when regular schedule is not filled.
  • Adhering to Safeguarding and Behavioral protocols.

During your tenure at Trade Wind Recruitment, we will provide you with continuous professional development (CPD) training via the National College, along with exceptional service.

If you are keen on this opportunity, you must possess the following:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a specialized Art qualification.
  • Previous experience working in a Secondary School setting.
  • Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Satisfactory professional references.
  • Enhanced Child-Only Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) on the Update Service.
