Regional Fleet Coordinator.

Monday to Friday accommodating hours (25 to 30 hours per week)

To administer and coordinate fleet services for the region, meeting priorities and needs of colleagues and Young People in providing high quality and safe environments.

What will i be doing as Fleet Coordinator?

  • Coordinating and providing vehicle and fleet support and administration, ensuring that all vehicles are safe and well maintained
  • Maintaining accurate company debit card activities in line with financial standards and guidance
  • Coordinating and liaising with insurance brokers, ensuring that all needs are covered and the best deal sourced

What would the day to day potentially include?
− Monitoring and updating vehicle asset register, ensuring this is accurate and up to date

− Checking and monitoring that approval levels for vehicles is adhered to, highlighting any non-compliance in requests

− Planning and coordinating insurance, servicing, MOT and breakdown cover for each vehicle to ensure that all are legal and safe to drive

− Maintaining and updating all required documents for each vehicle

− Respond to and record accidents, repairs, fixed penalties and fines ensuring that all information and details are provided to act upon (including pictures, download of any dash cams etc)

− Liaising with garages to gain quotes for work needed, organising works where appropriate and within debit card parameters and/or sending for approval

− Recording and logging all quotes and invoices for repairs, claims etc, ensuring these are up to date and accurate

Sourcing vehicles to company requirements

What skills do i need to be considered for the role?
− Highly organised

− Good levels of attention to detail

− Ability to build relationships internally and externally and at multiple levels

− Ability to deliver and manage multiple and conflicting tasks and priorities

− Experience in dealing with people across multiple levels

− Confident and resilient

IT literate

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 30 per week

Salary:
£11.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Stoke-OnTrent: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

  • Fleet management: 1 year (preferred)
