The Company
Based in Essex, the company are a leading and highly respected Electrical contractor predominantly involved the Healthcare, Residential and Commercial fit out sectors, providing a full range of Electrical services from design through to installation, and as a result of growth an excellent opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Project Manager to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all operational activities are delivered to the agreed time and within budget
- Manage and support the site team(s)
- Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring quality of the works, adequate progress and sufficient resources are available to maintain contract programmes
Desirable Experience and Skills:
- Previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager, or similar role, i.e. Electrical Contracts Manager, M&E Project Manager
- Successful track record in managing Electrical projects from inception through to completion
- Strong communication, people management, and leadership skills
- Relevant Electrical Qualifications and Certificates
