If you're looking for a role as a Medical Secretary, this opportunity might be right for you. We're seeking a highly motivated individual who can think on their feet, handle complex situations, and provide top-notch administrative support to our unit. As part of our large team, you'll work alongside Clinicians and General Practice staff to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
Main Duties:
- Provide accurate and confidential administration services to the Clinical Specialty
- Support consultants and other health professionals with best practices and processes
- Manage diaries, workloads, appointments, and admissions information
- Ensure efficient filing and information recording systems
- Organize clinic appointments and prepare notes for patients
While not mandatory, proficiency in Welsh is a plus. Both Welsh and English speakers are encouraged to apply.
