The PPP project is looking to recruit 2 x ERM Operators.

You will be responsible for the collation of Purchase Order data from the various suppliers and entering the data into a pre-determined Purchase Order Import Template along with expediting the data from the various suppliers through close liaison with internal package managers.

Responsible for contract orders and interface with ERM for the following activities

Manage process of purchase order import template population with supplier.

Check purchase order import template prior to import into ERM

Import template and purchase order data into ERM

Create supplier details in ERM

Manage PO revision process in ERM

Expediting Import scope

• Manage process of expediting import template population with supplier.

Check expediting import template prior to import into ERM

Import template / Expediting (forecast ex works dates) data into ERM

Raise MMT in ERM

Raise NOI in ERM
