Backup Lead

The role of Backup Lead is key as the business is capable of running 25,000 backups a day to make sure that all payments and client information is kept safe and update incase of any cyber attacks or issues with internal systems.

What you will be doing

  • Designing, installing, configuring, upgrading and maintaining Storage, utilities and hardware associated with the enterprise backup and recovery environment for all of the business.
  • Restore and backup testing in isolated environments payment details and documents.
  • Assuring all backups are documented and secure for future references.
  • Provide any necessary feedback and give recommendations on how to stay ahead of every situation.
What you need

  • Extensive experience working with Oracle.
  • Understanding AWS/Azure backups products and integration with on premise backup systems.
  • Experience within backups within isolated environments.
  • Vast tech knowledge and the ability to show case your skills and knowledge.
