There is a very exciting opportunity for someone to join our little Cheltenham Bake & Brew Crew. We need someone enthusiastic who is happy to be at work and takes great pride in what they do.

Must be able to work weekends.

Must be able to do 6.30am starts. Latest finish 5pm.

Must be comfortable working independently.

THE ROLE

  • Deliver top rate customer services at all times and be a positive team leader
  • Be a quality barista
  • To make and serve espressobased coffee
*Occasional helping with vegetable prep and lending a hand making our home-made sausage rolls, scotch eggs & salads

*Cooking to order of some of our simpler menu items such as toast & toasted teacakes

  • Support and guide your colleagues and work in all areas of the shop
  • Contribute to smooth daily running of the store, including maintenance and cleaning
  • Have good attention to detail and a cando attitude
*Have outstanding customer service skills

*Work in an exceptionally clean & organised manner

*Want to be part of a fast paced, hard working small team
