We are looking for a PMO Manager in Facilities Management/Construction at Milton Keynes, England.

  • Perfect opportunity for an ambitious Project Co-ordination professional in a fast paced environment
  • Full time, Permanent role with potential Hybrid working option
  • Essential to have experience in Building Services/Facilities Management or Construction industry

You will play a crucial role in the Projects and billable works teams, focusing on developing and shaping the Project Management Office function to ensure efficient processes and governance adherence.

The PMO will be responsible for leading all project processes, from initiation to delivery, ensuring effective project delivery through a purposeful stage gate process.

  • Alignment of project processes with business goals
  • Production of budgets and forecasts by identifying risks and opportunities
  • Tracking project programme progress
  • Reviewing and analyzing project documentation
  • Financial data analysis and performance tracking against budgets
  • Monetary risk calculation for each project
  • Preparation of financial reports and budget outlines
  • Generation of reports for senior managers and stakeholders

Experience within the construction industry is a must, along with a proven track record of project delivery, especially in the public sector, and managing PMO teams.

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite of applications, especially advanced MS Excel skills, are essential
