Linton, United Kingdom Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited Full time

We are excited to announce a great opportunity with a dynamic company who is looking to onboard a skilled Payroll Specialist to their team.

The role has been recently developed to provide assistance to the existing Payroll Manager in managing both UK and international Payroll operations. In this position, you will directly report to the Head of Benefits. It's worth mentioning that this is a fully remote role; however, the company's headquarters are in London.

Occasionally, you will need to travel to London once or twice a year and preferably reside in or around the Cambridgeshire region to have periodic meetings with the Payroll Manager.

As the incoming Payroll Specialist, your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Compiling payroll data following internal procedures
  • Handling data input for monthly payrolls in both UK and overseas regions
  • Serving as the primary contact person for payroll inquiries
  • Generating payroll reports
  • Supporting in resolving accounting queries
  • Performing additional tasks as needed

If you are the right fit for this role, you should have prior experience in a payroll position, along with a good understanding of UK payroll practices. While familiarity with international Payroll is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Moreover, you must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

Moreover, you will need to showcase the following attributes:

  • Paying close attention to detail
  • Proficiency in systems and Excel
  • Capability to meet deadlines
  • Being a team player and willing to take on additional tasks beyond the job description

This position presents an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a fresh challenge in their Payroll journey. The role offers attractive benefits and vacation packages. To learn more, reach out to Jamie at Pure for an initial chat.
