Accounts Assistant to join our clients team who specialise in recycling metals from a number of sectors including Oil & Gas and Aerospace, with work taking place in the
Sheffield area (S4).
- Process sales invoices
- Maintain stock sheet with arrivals and despatches
- Process purchase invoices
- Keep an accurate GRNI figure
- Provide assistance to Commercial Team
- Maintain monthly despatches sheet
- Reconcile despatches with sales
- Ad-Hoc management reports
- Develop current processes, finance and nonfinance
- Investigate new IT software to streamline processes
- Record overtime, sickness and holidays
- Other administrative duties
- Minimum 1 years experience within a similar Accounts role
- Confident using all Microsoft systems
Hours/Days:
Please see below;
- Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pm (45 minute lunch)
- Friday 8am3pm (1 hour lunch)
Pay:
£24,000/annum
Duration:
This role is to cover maternity leave therefore is for 40 weeks.
