Barista/waitress

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing delicious coffee and other beverages.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment to ensure the highest quality of beverages
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Upsell additional products or menu items to increase revenue
• Assist with food preparation and kitchen tasks as needed
• Provide exceptional guest services by creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain inventory of supplies and notify management when items need to be restocked

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fastpaced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus
• Passion for coffee, hospitality, and providing exceptional customer service
