Position: CVOR SURG TECH
Location: Richmond VA 23225
Duration: 13weeks contract
Pay rate: $50/hr on W2
Shift:7:00AM 7:00PM

• Preparing sterile operating rooms forsurgeries.
• Sterilizing equipment andinstruments.
• Stocking adequate supplies forsurgery.
• Preparing patients for surgery bywashing and disinfecting incision sites.
• Providing support during surgery by passing instrumentsand other supplies.
• Tracking surgicalsupplies.
• Staying uptodate on surgicaltechnology medical terminology and procedures.
• Working well with surgeons surgical assistant nurses andgeneral surgical team.
• Helping provide greatpatient care.

• A graduate of an accredited surgical technologist programand surgical technologist certification.
• Experience with instrumentation.
• Current BCLS.
• Strong understandingof surgical technology and surgical procedure.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Passionate about patient care.
