High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom Stantec Consulting International Ltd. Full time

Redefine your personal best.

Are you passionate about the Water sector, and looking for a senior role that allows you to channel this passion into ensuring customer satisfaction, enabling great service delivery, and building long lasting relationships?

Stantec's Water Sector teams are enjoying an exciting period of growth – a trend that we expect to continue as we focus on offering innovative solutions to new and existing clients across the Water sector. Our achievements were recognised by the industry recently when we were named Engineering Consultancy of the Year at the Water Industry Awards 2023.

As part of our growth plans, we are looking to appoint a Framework Manager to support the work that we do with clients across the South of England. We have strong relationships with clients across the regulated and non-regulated water sectors and this Framework Manager position will be critical on building upon these relationships across the region.

This role can be based from either our Brighton, High Wycombe, London or Reading offices , with our approach to hybrid working allowing for a mix of home and in-office working.

As Framework Manager you will work with Stantec colleagues to facilitate the delivery of our framework objectives – ensuring client satisfaction is always front and centre, and that we maintain focus on overall commercial performance. Our services span water, wastewater, infrastructure, and non-infrastructure workstreams, as well as environmental, consulting and business planning, so no day should ever look the same

In this role you will work closely with key client stakeholders to identify opportunities for Stantec to support our clients. You will attend regular review meetings with clients – ensuring that Stantec delivers against the commitments that we have made and that we explore all opportunities for further developing our services, ensuring we are always looking to add value.

Developing internal relationships and networks is equally important to success within this role. You will be required to clearly communicate client support needs to technical leads and take a lead on facilitating delivery of solutions. You will also play an important role in agreeing budgets/forecasts, and in monitoring resource needs across your frameworks.

About You

You will have a track record of successful project delivery within the United Kingdom and Ireland water sector - able to understand technical requirements of projects whilst working collaboratively with project teams to deliver against client requirements and develop innovative solutions.

To be successful in the Framework Manager role you will need to have great communication skills – an ability to build relationships internally and externally, and to keep multiple stakeholders updated around service delivery and important changes.

You will have a customer and client focused approach, demonstrating a clear understanding of internal and external stakeholder needs, and take a pride in consistently delivering to the required standards and deadlines.

In addition, you will have a passion for the water & environment sector and to take on a leadership role within Stantec's regional teams.
