Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, addressing medicationrelated inquiries at the counter.
  • Strictly adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and following directives from fellow team members.
  • Collaborating with local medical practices to expedite prescription processing.
  • Expertly dispensing medications, including proficiency with MDS systems.
  • Assisting the pharmacist in resolving queries and handling phone inquiries.


You'll have the support of a dedicated team consisting of support staff, supervisors, head office professionals, directors, and our superintendent pharmacist.

Flexibility is key in this role, as you may be required to work overtime during staff absences or during peak periods.
