We are a moderate to severe care facility supporting male adults under the age of 65 who have specific complex needs including Autistic Spectrum Disorders and Challenging Behaviours.


We are seeking to recruit support workers who are passionate about working with others and making a positive difference to people's lives.

We have a variety of shifts available with flexibility around your personal life full-time

All that we ask is that you are able to:

  • adopt a therapeutic, person-centered approach to providing outstanding care.
- demonstrate resilience
- demonstrate knowledge and experience of working in the Care sector.

Duties include:

  • Personal care
  • Activities
  • Observation monitoring
  • General home duties

What we offer in return:

  • Excellent hourly pay £ £15.80 an hour
