Our Spa Housekeeping team are incredibly important to our business, and you will play a vital part in delivering a first-class guest experience to our guests, through your impeccable cleaning standards.


Our Purpose


Here at Hoar Cross Hall our aim is to treat our guests as a friend of the family and to create positive memorable experiences during their stay or visit to the Hall and Spa.

Our purpose is to hire people with passion and positivity. We train you for skill, nurture you to grow and achieve your goals.

Your skills and expertise:

  • You will be able to carry out cleaning duties in areas as instructed by the Day Spa Housekeeper.
  • You will be responsible for emptying wastepaper bins etc and transport to the disposal area.
  • You will carry linen, towels, toilet items and cleaning supplies using a trolley.
  • You will help ensure that the hourly cleaning of all toilets and shower floors is completed.
  • You will hygienically clean pools and detox areas.
  • You will ensure that you provide effective customer care in responding to guests' enquires for information.
  • You will be able to replenish suppliers.
  • You will be able to disinfect and clean all equipment.
