The Beauparc family have a great opportunity in our Birmingham office for a Telesales Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for someone outgoing and sociable who enjoys engaging with others and can sell effectively.



The Role


  • Business to business Cold Calling with professionalism, highlighting unique features and benefits of our services
  • Upselling waste and recycling solutions to existing customers
  • Completing client site risk assessments and audits
  • Handling all assigned inbound inquiries
  • Pre-qualifying opportunities to ensure alignment and passing credit checks
  • Monitoring and reporting on market and competitor activities
  • Updating CRM with accurate prospect information daily
  • Completing weekly KPI Sheet
  • Participating in regular sales meetings
  • Booking appointments with key management personnel of target organizations to present company's proposition
  • Cross-selling additional services such as shredding and hazardous waste disposal
  • Supporting Administration and Service Team with implementing new services
