We are seeking a Band 3 Administrator to provide supporting administrative and reception duties as required, supporting Trainees, patients and visitors within the National Imaging Academy (NIAW).

The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent communication skills, being able to engage and work with a large multidisciplinary team from across organisations.

NIAW's primary function is to provide high quality training to the imaging workforce across Wales.

It is also charged with hosting a research and innovation hub for diagnostic imaging in NHS Wales, collaborating with NHS, academia and industry partners to develop and exploit research and innovation opportunities in Wales.

NIAW also has a business function, generating income through the hosting of RCR examinations, diagnostic imaging training/development courses and external events.


The post holder will work alongside the NIAW Administration Team and a wider multidisciplinary team of Academy Director, Managers, Trainers and Researchers to provide comprehensive and effective administration support, working as part of a team providing efficient services for training, assessment, research and innovation activities.

The post holder will also provide creative and technical support in the marketing of NIAW and its services.
