As a
_Night Security Officer _you will ensure to deliver warm, gracious, individual service to every guest following the St.
What will you be doing?
- Be familiar with the Security checklist to ensure a smooth operation.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly fire safety checklists.
- Monitor the CCTV cameras to ensure the safety of the property.
- Audit and replenish First Aid boxes
- Assist with room service orders, housekeeping requests, maintenance requests and any other duties assigned by the Night manager.
- Supervise and manage any deliveries in the absence of the store's person or the Night manager.
- Work collaboratively with all other departments to ensure guests receive seamless service throughout their stay.
- To be familiar with:
- the hotel's Health & Safety Policy and Procedures
- the hotel's facilities and outlets
- the hotel's operation standards and departmental procedures
