Embec Care are looking for Care Assistants to provide a caring and effective service supporting clients in their homes to help with day to day duties that vary, including personal care, shopping, light housework duties, medication support, meal preparation and companionship.
As a Care Assistant you will be responsible for
- Assisting with personal care including washing, dressing, toileting and changing pads.
- Helping out with light house work including cleaning, ironing, vacuuming and dusting.
- Safely administering medications.
- To assist with mobility including sara steady and hoists.
- To provide companionship or respite.
Working Hours

Monday to Sunday:

Shifts available from 7am to 10pm
Previous experience isn't necessary as full training is provided.

Hour contracts available; Contracts start at 10 hours to 35 hours per week.

Overtime provided; Earn extra if you have a special occasion coming up like a holiday or birthday, without committing to regular upped hours.

National Qualifications encouraged; All employees are encouraged to complete their QCF level 2/3 in Health social care. We also have access to many great level 2/3 certificates in specialist areas such as; Medication, Administration.

Training; Is always paid and is available in multiple formats including, face to face, online and on site.

On-Call support; Whenever the office is closed there is constant support from a qualified staff member who is there to support you.
